Frequently Asked Questions
All billing is done month to month. Recurring billing is available. Invoices are emailed every month. Online payments, and checks are accepted.
All storage lots are billed on a monthly bases. We do not prorate the lot. When you are ready to move on, we ask that you provide a written request to end your reservation prior to the next billing cycle.
Absolutely! A receipt will be emailed to you after payment has been processed.
We do require a copies of:
Your valid ID (person renting)
The registration/title of the item being stored. This must match the ID of the person renting. Partnership situations will require both parties signing the agreements.
Copy of the liability insurance on the item stored.
The lots start at $60 per month, there are additional fees for over length and width, and optional services like health checks.
